A superb Kilkenny were totally dominant at a splendid St Peregrines.
In ideal conditions the visitors were on the scoresheet within a minute and although Mairi Moynihan levelled two minutes later from a free, the Cats went on the rampage in the first half and ran up a tally of 4 - 15 to 0 - 2.

Dublin's second point coming from Orla Durkan. Kilkenny were superior in every facet - pace, skill, teamwork - and in truth only Rachel Costello (below) was able to compete with the Noresiders.
Dublin to give them their due tried their best right to the end and improved somewhat in the second half. Nevertheless Kilkenny still managed to tag on a further 1 - 10 in the second period.
