This mail is intended for the parents/guardians of the girls who attended the recent U12 School of Excellence. Firstly, I would like to thank the mentors of this squad Alan Buckley (Skerries), Jo O'Reilly (Naomh Uinsionn) and Jonathan Smith (Fingallians) plus all those to helped out on a week to week basis. We had up to 156 girls taking part at various stages during the 6 weeks this squad was in operation. The Dublin County Board really appreciates all the help and support received from all concerned, including a lot of the parents who attended these sessions.
Hoodies.
A number of parents signed up for the Sun app and would have given this information to Pat Martin (Chairman) on Friday 11th Sept. However I am aware that not all people were present on this occasion. In order to ensure that all those wishing to get hoodies are accommodated please contact Brendan Cooper on 086-318 0092 (by text) or brendancooper56@yahoo.ie Please indicate your club, girls name and the size (Sml, Med,Lrg) and whether you wish to pay via the Sun app or by cash. It is hoped that by Wednesday 23rd Sept we would have gathered all this information and we would then proceed to order all the Hoodies at the one time.. We will then organise another type blitz for the girls and give out all the Hoodies at this time. Further details will issue to all clubs about this Blitz in due course.
