Having looked the better team for much of the game, Dublin Minor As were unable to withstand a fine closing quarter from Offaly who triumphed by 4-6 to 2-3 in the Leinster championship semi final at the National Sports Campus in Abbotstown.
Dublin will play Kilkenny in the Shield final on 28 August.
