Dublin Camogie Notes –Monday June 17th 2019

LIBERTY INSURANCE ALL IRELAND SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP
The Dublin Seniors had a great win over Meath in the Liberty Insurance All Ireland Championship in Parnells GAA, Coolock on Saturday last. Full Time score Dublin 1.16 v Meath 0.12
Next up is Waterford on Saturday next 22.06.19 at Walsh Park, Throw in 4pm. Referee Cathal Egan.

The Dublin Intermediate team play their 1st match of the Championship at home on Saturday next v Kilkenny 22.06.19, Venue TBC, Referee Barry Nea

DUBLIN CAMOGIE GOLF CLASSIC
The Many thanks to all who supported the Dublin Camogie Golf Classic. A great day was had by all. Winners were: Tyrell Air 59.5. Longest Drive- Bill McCormac,TU Dublin. Nearest the Pin – John Ryan, BBSE. A special thanks to Karl O’Brien and James Murphy for organizing this event. A lot of hard work went into it.

LEINSTER SKILLS COMPETITION. 
Congratulations to Aoibhean Stokes (Lucan Sarsfields), winner of the U.14 Leinster Skills Competition and to Sarah Power (Fingallians) runner up of the Leinster U.14 Skills Competition.

MINI GAMES
Many thanks to all the girls who played at half time of the All Ireland Senior Camogie Championship at Parnells GAA, Coolock. The skills displayed were a joy to watch in players so young. Thank you to the mentors and parents for your support. Clubs involved were Nh Mearnog, Lucan Sarsfields, Nh Olaf, Good Counsel, Round Towers and O’Dwyers.

DUBLIN CAMOGIE MASCOT
Many thanks to Ava Reilly from Erin Go Bragh GAA who was the Mascot for the day. The girls loved having you there. You are a credit to your Family, Club and School.

DUBLIN CAMOGIE SUMMER CAMPS
Dublin Camogie will be running a Summer Camp again this year. Details will be confirmed as soon as the Dublin Development Committee confirm dates. Hopefully this week.
