APPLICATION FOR PREMIER JUNIOR  INTERCOUNTY MANAGER

The Dublin Camogie Board are endeavoring to ensure that Dublin Camogie will become a prominent figure within the Camogie Association by welcoming suitable candidates to apply for the following Inter County Management position:

Premier Junior  County Team Manager

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

A proven track record in management of club and/or County teams.
Suitable player management and organisational skill.
An ability to demonstrate / organise a high standard of coaching.
Be highly motivated and driven to succeed by maintaining high standards of professionalism
The successful candidate should also be willing to work competently with County Board officers, club mentors and when required, parents. All Dublin Inter County managers as per the policy of the Dublin Camogie will work within the Guidelines of the Camogie Association and the Code of Ethics and Good Practice for Young Players.


A detail plan should be send to An Rúnaí listing your Personnel Details, Coaching Qualifications, (Please list the name of other relevant coaching courses you have completed), Management Experience (List previous managerial roles / experience applicable to club / county), Proposed Management Team (Applicants must specify their full management team and their qualifications prior to interview stage), Detailed Training Plan (outlining the year ahead ) and References (Please supply the name, address and contact details of two people whom the Dublin Camogie can contact and who from personal knowledge are willing to endorse your application. One of the people named should be where possible an administrator / mentor in your club)
