6 week training programme

 

Venue:          Club Hall, Good Counsel

Dates:          Every Tuesday for 6 weeks starting 6th Oct

Time:            7.45pm-9.00pm

Total Cost:     €20

                              

Camóg-aerobics is a programme which has been designed by the Camogie Association and is being piloted by Good Counsel GAA & Camogie Club with the support of Dublin City Council. This programme is for adult ladies in the community who have never played before and who have a daughter/son playing camogie/hurling with Good Counsel at present. The programme consists of the basic skills of the game combined with aerobic fitness work.
