Summer Cup Throws In on Tuesday 1 June

(27 May 2010)

Fixtures for Senior A, Senior B, Intermediate and Junior Competitions

Rules of Summer Cup Competitions

1  Open to all players except those on Dublin Senior, Junior and Minor squads

2 Teams may play with 12 players - (if both sides have 13, 14 or 15 players they may play with that number)

3 In order to eliminate the possibility of needing play-offs, games finishing level at the end of normal time (up to and including the final) will be decided by a penalty shoot-out. Each team will take three (3) penalties with different penalty takers to decide the outcome (only goals to count). If that does not decide the outcome, the "Golden Goal Sudden Death" will come into effect with different penalty takers being chosen from the remaining members of the team with the losing team being the side which misses first after an equal number of shots has been taken...The same three players must stand in goal for all shots.

4  Games are on a play or concede basis.

The Fixtures and Results will be added to the online site shortly
