A sell out attendance of 120 girls took part in the Rising Stars camp over 3 days in the new GAA Centre of Excellence in Abbotstown from Monday 25th – Wednesday 27th July. Coaching was carried out from our Dublin Senior & Premier Junior players along with a couple of ex inter county players - Alison Maguire, Aine Fanning, Ali Twomey, Sile Cotter (all senior), Emma Loo, Grainne Free (junior), Ciara Burgess & Fiona Ní Shúilleabháin (ex inter co).
The girls received a camogie t-shirt for their participation in the camp.

The camp has numerous benefits for the girls in that it is exclusively camogie and girls only whilst giving them the opportunity to mix with girls the same age from different clubs around Dublin and of course they get to meet our Inter County Stars so it adds to the profile of Dublin Camogie. The camp organised under the guidance of RDO Eve Talbot is in its 3rd year and is going from strength to strength with this being our biggest camp to date.
