Congratulations to Pat Martin, Dublin Chair on his election as Cathaoirleach Tofa of the Leinster Council at today's Convention in Portlaoise.
Pat will take over the reins in 2016. Previous Dubs to hold the top spot in Leinster include Phyllis Breslin and Patricia Rafferty.
