The Dublin Minor Camogie year came to an end at the Leinster Finals.
First up was the Minor B squad in the B Cup Final, following terrific wins over the fancied Kildare side and the Kilkenny B.
The opposition today were Westmeath, who had a number of talented Westmeath County players amongst their ranks.
Both sides traded scores throughout the first half with Dublin initially taking the advantage before Westmeath battled back to hold a one point lead at half-time (1-5 to 1-4).
Westmeath started the second half brilliantly, breaking at pace from mid-field, linking up well with the half forwards and found the net twice in quick succession to take a healthy lead into the last quarter. Dublin fought bravely but needed several goals to make any dent in the lead. The girls in blue did manage to find some scores and get one further goal but Westmeath defended with great intensity and even managed to score a further goal late on to break the hearts of the Dublin squad.
