Camogie Notes Monday, 23rd May.

Poc Fada 2016: Beann Eadair will again host this year's Poc Fada competitions – Under 16 Poc Fada is on Wednesday 25th May and the Adult Poc Fada is on Friday 27th May. Poc Fada registration in Beann Eadair will be between 5-45pm and 6pm on both evenings.

Under 14 news: Our under 14s will play in the James Hurley Blitz in Mallow on 4th June. They really enjoyed their recent day in the sun and water in Portmarnock!

Another 2 pointer: Congratulations to Kerri Austin, Naomh Maur, who scored a two pointer in each half from side line cuts at an Under 11 game in Rush against Naomh Barróg. Although this did not take place during a competitive league or championship match it is still a wonderful achievement for the young Naomh Maur player. A future star! Well done Kerri. All in Naomh Maur must be very proud of you!

Interprovincial Senior Championship:  took place in Abbotstown on Sunday 22nd May. Leinster defeated Muster in the semi-final only to fail against Connacht (represented by the Galway team) in the final by 4 points. Well done to the 7 Dublin players who were on the Leinster panel  Sile Cotter (Ballyboden St. Endas), Caitriona Power (Naomh Mearnóg), Laura Twomey (Naomh Mearnóg), Ali Twomey (Lucan Sarsfields), Siobhan Keogh (Naomh Fionnbarra), Ali Maguire (Naomh Uinsionn) and Orla Beagan (Lucan Sarsfields)

Adult Club Championship: As agreed at last month's Board meeting the draw for our adult championships will take place at our June Board meeting.
