County Board meeting: Executive meeting tonight Monday, 15th June at 7.30 in Parnell Park.

 

Liberty Insurance All Ireland Championships. Best of luck to our senior players and management when they take on Kilkenny, last year’s All Ireland losing finalists, in their first group game of this year’s Liberty Insurance All Ireland Senior Championship. The game throws in at 2.30pm in Parnell Park. We encourage as many as possible to come along on Saturday to support the players and management who have left no stone unturned in their preparations for this year’s championship. The Premier Juniors open their campaign v Laois on Saturday 4 July – Dublin venue TBC.

Cairde Camogie Season ticket: Great value! The 2015 Cairde Camogie Season ticket which provides access to all rounds of the upcoming Liberty Insurance All Ireland Camogie championships and the triple header All Ireland Finals on September 13th in Croke Park is now on sale. The season ticket is priced at €40. In addition, 20% of each ticket sale goes directly to a County Camogie Board. Cairde Camogie represents excellent value over the course of the All Ireland Camogie Championship. An adult admission to one Liberty Insurance round robin game is priced at €10 and admission to the Liberty Insurance All Ireland Finals in Croke Park is €30 (purchased on the day) or €25 if purchased in advance on-line.  Cairde Camogie is now available to purchase on-line from tickets.ie and from County Boards, in addition to the following Centra and SuperValu outlets nationwide http://www.gaa.ie/tickets-and-merchandise/tickets/super-valu-and-centra/

Poc Fada: This year's competitions will be held on the Hill of Howth in conjunction with Dublin GAA Poc Fada competition on Thursday evening 18 June at 7pm. Meet at Beann Eadair Club at 6.30. The Poc Fada winner from each club must wear club colours - full camogie outfit. Each competitor must be accompanied by 2 registered members. The Dublin winner will go on to Leinster Poc Fada competiton with the provincial champions going forward to the All Ireland Poc Fada competition on Annaverna Mountain (in the Cooley mountains), Ravensdale, Co Louth on Saturday 8 August at 11am. The Dublin under 16 Poc Fada competition will take place on Wednesday. 24 June also on the Hill of Howth.

Adult club competitions: Summer Cup competitions will start on Tuesday and Thursday 23/25 June. Top 4/Bottom 4 competition in all divisions will take place on the 11th, 18th and 25th August. Club championships will start on first week of September.

Championship draws: Juvenile championships will take place at the Executive Meeting on Monday 15 June at 7.30pm in Parnell Park. Clubs are invited to send a delegate to the draw. The draw for the adult Championships will be made at the next County Board meeting on Monday, 13 July in Parnell Park. All team panels must be declared and emailed to An Rúnaí of the county board by Sunday 2nd August 2015.
