The death has occurred this morning of Billy Maloney referee and friend of Dublin Camogie. Billy a member of the Crumlin club was a proud referee and clubman. Billy was one of our referees and a friend. Billy was also a mentor to the Crumlin team that won the All Ireland Club Camogie title in 1985 alongside Jim Boggan. He will always be remembered for his wit on the pitch with whistle in hand. From all his friends in Dublin Camogie we hope you are now in peace Billy. RIP Billy. Funeral details to follow
